At sixteen, Willie Jonathan Torres joined Marcos Custom Cabinetry after school, sweeping floors, cleaning, and helping with laminate finishing. What began as an honest day’s work grew into a lifelong passion for craftsmanship.
Over the years, he learned assembly, operated the saw, and eventually became shop foreman—building patience, leadership, and a deep respect for every detail along the way.
When founder Mark Calvo retired, Willie had the opportunity to purchase the business he had grown up in. It was a milestone he never imagined when he first walked through the doors.
Today, Willie leads with gratitude for those who taught him and pride in the team beside him, carrying Mark’s legacy forward through honest work, thoughtful craftsmanship, and quality built to last.
